About The Park
Lovers Point Park is “the” beach for Pacific Grove! It has long been the center of our local community for beach activities and family picnicking and fun. The park itself has a large grassy area with picnic tables and BBQ stoves. There is a beach volleyball court and a small children’s pool that offers lessons for children during the summer and free swim in the afternoons. Unfortunately, it is closed other seasons of the year.
There is a Beach Grill that serves beach snacks and lunch items as well as a café for coffee, pastries, and paninis. Once evening hits, there is a Beachhouse Restaurant offering dinner and cocktails.
The beach itself is the center of activity – there are two sides where families can relax and soak up rays! The kids can frolic in the ocean and play in safe proximity to the shore in a protected cove. This park makes our rental location not just a shop – but a destination!
Come Play
Not far from the bustling activity of Cannery Row, you can come down and play at the beach at Lovers Point in Pacific Grove – combine your relaxing day with the activities of Pacific Grove Adventures and you can get out on the bay or pedal the Monterey Peninsula!!
